We are thebookkeeper.ro, a premium finance boutique specializing in high-quality accounting services, efficient financial processes, and CFO Light solutions in Romania, tailored for entrepreneurs, freelancers, micro-businesses, and growing companies.
We operate 100% remotely, offering a modern, structured way of working built on clarity, predictability, and standardized financial processes.
I am Simina Aura Pop, CECCAR Certified Accountant (since 2016) and the founder of thebookkeeper.ro.
I bring over 10 years of experience in international corporate environments, where I worked in Accounting & Reporting roles and contributed to complex financial projects involving process optimization, external audit, consolidation, IFRS reporting, and system migration to SAP S/4Hana.
I managed the relationship with external auditors, prepared all required documentation, and coordinated the internal finance team in responding to audit requests.
The outcome: consistent “0 findings” results.
Today, I combine corporate-level rigor with the flexibility of a digital business to deliver premium accounting services and financial consulting adapted to the needs of modern entrepreneurs and SMEs.
